A slot corresponds to one employee in the system. Each active person in a given month uses one slot in StaffPanel.
This makes it easy to calculate the cost – number of employees × 20 PLN net / month.

How the model works...
You pay only for active users
If you have 10 active people in a given month, you pay for 10 slots. When the team changes, you adjust the number of slots in the panel.
You do not pay for accounts that nobody uses.
Flexible as your company grows
As the number of employees goes up or down, you can increase or decrease the number of paid slots.
The cost of the panel naturally adapts to the scale of your business.
What does each slot include?
No limits on logins or devices
Employees can log in as many times as they need – from a computer, tablet or phone.
There are no limits on the number of devices or hours of using the system.
Full access to modules
A slot grants access to the modules you enable: Employees, Tasks, Companies, Complaints, Leaves, Work time, Messages.
You can start with a few modules and expand the panel over time.
Support and configuration
The price includes configuration of the panel to match your company structure and processes.
We also help migrate data from files (e.g. Excel) and basic systems so it is easier to get started.
