Customize the panel for your company

A panel that we adapt to your company, not the other way around.

Instead of changing processes to fit the tool, we configure StaffPanel so it reflects the way your team works.

Analysis and initial configuration

Analysis of your processes

First, we talk about how work looks today: team structure, types of tasks, how you handle customers and complaints, leave rules and how you settle work time.

Based on this, we propose the layout of modules, field names and statuses that will be clear for your people.

Configuration for roles and departments

We prepare views for owners, managers, HR and employees so that everyone sees what they need to work.

We can hide unnecessary elements and highlight what is most important for a given role.

Language and company terminology

We change tab names, field names and statuses so that the wording matches your company and industry.

Thanks to this, the panel is intuitive for the team from day one.

Modules and views matched to your scale

Enabling selected modules

You can enable only the modules you really need – for example, start with Employees, Tasks and Work time.

Additional modules – Companies, Complaints, Leaves, Messages – are enabled later, once the team gets used to the panel.

Views for different roles

We prepare different views for owners, managers, HR and employees – each person sees only what they need for their work.

This makes adoption easier and lowers the entry barrier for new users.

Reports and exports

For larger teams we prepare additional reports and data exports – for example for settlements, HR analysis or reports for the management board.

Data from the panel can be easily used in other tools.

Customization as a standard

A panel that grows with your company

Customization of the panel is standard, not a premium add‑on – within the configuration price we change field names, statuses, tab layout, role‑based views and reports so they reflect your processes.

As your company grows, we can grow the panel together with you – adding new modules, reports and integrations.
