StaffPanel modules

StaffPanel consists of modules that can be implemented step by step – starting from employee and work time records, and later adding tasks, complaints, tools or communication.

This way the system grows together with your company instead of forcing a big, costly project to change all processes at once.

Employees

The Employees module stores key data about staff, their positions, contract types, employment periods and activity status.

This information is the basis for planning tasks, schedules, leaves and work time settlements.

Groups and schedules

The Schedules module allows you to create groups of employees and assign work rules to them – hours, days of the week, shift patterns.

Thanks to this, planning staffing stops being manual creation of multiple schedule versions in spreadsheets.

Companies (customers)

The Companies module is used to store key information about customers: registration data, addresses, cooperation rules and typical requirements.

Tasks, complaints and tools can be linked to a company, giving a fuller picture of business relations and service quality.

Tasks

The Tasks module lets you create and assign tasks with a specific type, deadline, status and progress.

Tasks can be linked to a customer or complaint, which allows you to view team work through the lens of cases and contracts.

Complaints

The Complaints module collects tickets with company assignment, priority, status and a list of people responsible for handling.

Data from complaints helps detect recurring problems and introduce real corrective actions.

Leaves

The Leaves module allows you to plan and record absences – for individual employees as well as entire groups.

Leave information is visible in the context of the schedule and work time, which makes it easier to maintain safe staffing.

Settlement and tools modules

Work time and settlements

The Work time module is used to record work days, start and end hours, breaks, overtime and work on Sundays and holidays.

Global or individual rates allow you to calculate remuneration, and pdf reports make it easy to pass data to HR and accounting.

Tools and inventory

The Tools module allows you to keep an inventory of equipment with serial numbers, photos and assignment to an employee or company.

History of check‑outs and returns makes it easier to control assets, plan purchases and reduce losses.

QR codes

In the QR module you can generate codes, assign them to tools and record check‑outs and returns using scanning.

This speeds up work in the field and reduces the risk of equipment “disappearing” without a trace.

Communication, reports and business configuration

Messages

The Messages module supports individual and group conversations with full history visible directly in the panel.

Information exchange stays in the system, next to data about tasks, customers and complaints, which simplifies teamwork.

Work time reports

The dedicated Reports module allows you to create summaries of work time in a selected period, with a breakdown into normal hours, overtime and work on Sundays.

Reports are generated as clear pdf documents, ready for archiving or forwarding in settlement processes.

Business settings

In the Settings module you can define basic company data, settlement rates and notification parameters.

Thanks to this, StaffPanel adapts to the real rules of your organization instead of the other way round.
