Do you customize the system for our company?

Yes – adapting StaffPanel to the specifics of your company is standard. We configure field names, statuses, view layouts and reports so they reflect your work processes.

You do not have to change how your company works to fit the system – we adapt the system to you.

Is StaffPanel limited by time or number of logins?

We do not limit the number of logins, devices or hours of work with the system. Once launched, you have full access throughout the month.

Will you help migrate data from our current sheets and systems?

Yes – we analyze your Excel files, Google Sheets or exports from other systems and help move data about employees, customers, tasks and work time.

We make sure the data is complete and ready to use on the day the panel is launched.

Can I start with only selected modules?

Yes – you can start with the most important modules, e.g. Employees + Work time + Tasks, and then gradually enable others (complaints, tools, communication).

The team will find it easier to get used to the system if they start with only the key features.

How long does it take to launch the system?

For simpler implementations, the first version is ready within a few business days. In larger companies, we spend a few weeks on process analysis and full customization.

Do you provide training for the team?

Yes – we conduct online or on‑site training for the people who will use StaffPanel every day.

We show how to use the system in the context of real company tasks so you can start using it right away.

Does StaffPanel work on phones?

Yes – the panel is responsive and works smoothly on smartphones, tablets and computers. You can use it both in the office and in the field.

What if our team changes over time?

The system reacts flexibly to employee rotation – adding or deactivating a person in the panel takes just a few clicks.

Historical data (work time, tasks, leaves) remains available for settlements and analysis.

Does StaffPanel integrate with other systems?

Yes – we can build integrations with accounting, HR or other tools used in your company.

Most often we implement exports to Excel/PDF or data exchange via API.

Who will have access to the company data?

Access to StaffPanel is granted only to people who need it for their work. We configure permissions so each user sees only the information they need.
